Will my order be charged tax?

Will my order be charged a shipping fee?

We provide free shipping service for most products. For certain overweight mirror products, you need to pay a certain fee.Shipping charges will be displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

Do you offer trade pricing, or volume discounts?

Yes we do. Please send an email to gluroolights@gmail.com to see if your order qualifies.

What is the lead time on my order?

If the item is in stock, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 working days. As local conditions are outside of gluroolighting.com, are we unable to say exactly when the goods will be delivered.

Do you sell licensed authentic designs or are they knock-offs?

We only sell authorized and licensed products from the original manufacturers and view knock-offs as illegal.

What does "quick ship" mean?

Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship.

Can i request expedited shipping for an additional fee?

Under unique circumstances this is possible.
